As you all know, I love reviewing bath and body products and today, I get to talk to you all about the wonderful products made by Hawaiian Body Products. This company is a family owned & operated business based in Hawaii and all of the ingredients they use in their products is found in the tropics.
The company sent me their Ola Vanilla Ginger Body Butter to review for all of you. I just got back from vacation a few weeks ago and the sun and sand really dried out my skin, so this body butter arrived in the nick of time!
The body butter is a luxuriously rich and creamy blend of tropical butters that include: macadamia, avocado, mango, Aloe Vera and coconut infused with skin repairing Noni, Olena and Aloe Vera extracts. It comes packaged in an 8 ounce jar with a seal for freshness.
The fragrance is a light tropical fruity nut scent (at least to my nose) but it’s very light and clean. The body butter is thick, rich and creamy, the type of consistency I love when it comes to luxurious body butters.
I used my finger tips and applied the body butter all over the bottom of my feet, the top of my feet and all over my legs and arms. It felt very smooth and silky during the application process and it absorbed into my skin really quickly. There was NO sticky residue at all.
I found the body butter to be very rich and I only needed to apply it once a day after my morning shower. The moisture and softness lasted all day long. I have been applying it once a day for over a week now and I absolutely love it. I love how it leaves my skin lightly fragranced and already I have seen a remarkable improvement in the dryness of my skin. I would say that in 8 days, my skin’s moisture level has improved by at least 60% which is very impressive.
I love this body butter from Hawaiian Body Products and I am very pleased and impressed with the results that I have been getting. Years ago when I visited the Hawaiian Islands, I visited a high-end spa and they had body butters like this, but certainly not at this affordable price point of only $24.00. Wow, I love their prices!
