It allows air to circulate to keep your child’s body temperature comfortable all year long. It wicks away moisture and dries twice as fast as the industry standard cotton fabric. All seams on the sleepwear made with the ComfortLuxe fabric are flat to reduce abrasion to your child’s skin and to help reduce skin irritation.
Our Review: Halo sent us their pink 2 piece “PEACE SIGN” girl’s pajama set for our product review in a size 24 M. I would say that it’s very true to size. The top is pull-on or over the head style which I love as I don’t want snaps or buttons on sleepwear for our wee one. Our wee one has long arms so it comes a little above her wrists which is perfect for us. The waist area of the pajama top has side slits which makes it comfortable so it doesn’t bind across her tummy and moves with her. It is tagless and all seams are flat which means it doesn’t irritate the wee one’s skin at all. The front of the pajama top has a floral peace sign design which is small and I like that it doesn’t swallow up the entire front of the pajama top. (guess I am more of a simple design person and this is perfect for us). The elastic waist pull-on pajama pants match perfectly and are also tagless. (we are all about tagless under-garments and sleepwear here at our home so this is a HUGE plus in our book for comfort). The elastic band on these pajama pants is about 1″ in width which means it’s not too thin or too thick that it digs into your child’s waist. I love the silky thin fabrication on the pajamas which feels smooth on the skin. We have had a lot of rain this month in PA. which means cold and damp nights and I was worried that wee one would get cold in these pajamas…but after one night…I realized that they are indeed the perfect weight for year round use. After bath time the wee one gets a little playtime before bed and sometimes she can work up a sweat…but she didn’t get cold or over-heated wearing these pajamas at all. When it comes to washing and drying them…they wash and dry like a dream! They are always 100% dry on low heat within 10-15 minutes so the ComfortLuxe fabrication definitely does dry quicker than cotton. I love that they don’t fuzz up or pill up during the laundering process. Matter of fact, after several wearing’s and washings now…they still look Brand New! I wish I could show you a photo of the wee one wearing them as they fit her so beautifully but my daughter prefers that I don’t post pictures of wee one of her wearing pj’s on the web.
Overall Impression: We let wee one pick out her pj’s every night and if these are clean…she always picks this pair to wear (makes you wish you had several pairs LOL). I love everything about these pajamas and honestly, I can’t even think of one thing to say on improvement other than a few more colors or designs. If the perfect pair of kid’s pajamas could be designed this pair of pajamas would be it! We love them and highly recommend that you check out Halo and all of their wonderful products!
