My Review: The generous folks over at Lily Organics sent me their Nourishing Facial Cleanser to review for all of you. This past winter has been really harsh on my skin so I have been dealing with a lot of dry skin issues so I was super excited to give this nourishing cleanser a try. It comes in an easy-to-use 3.4 fl. oz. pump-action bottle. I love when cleansers are in pump bottles as it makes it so much easier and more convenient to use them.
To use this product you simply shake up the bottle and then squirt a small amount of cleanser into the palms of your hands. Rub your hands together and then massage all over your face. Splash face with warm water and pat try.
The first thing I noticed about the product is it’s light scent (a combination of citrus and lavender) and then the next thing I noticed was that the product has a nice creamy consistency to it. (a little thicker than milk). I started using the product as directed twice a day (morning and at bedtime) and after a few days I actually saw a decrease in the dryness of my facial skin. My skin felt more moisturized and I had no skin irritations or acne breakouts while using the product at all.
I have been using the product consistently for about 9 days now and absolutely love it. Some moisturizing facial cleansers can leave your skin oily and shiny but this one doesn’t do that at all. My skin looks healthy with a nice glow after I use this cleanser. I give it a big 2 thumbs up!
