My Review: The great folks over at Blue Nile Aromatics sent me a full-size tube of their Pre de Provence Shea Butter Hand Cream which comes in a nice sized 2.5 fl. oz. squeeze tube. This hand cream has 20% pure, organic Shea Butter which is one of nature’s most effective moisturizers. This is an ultra-rich but very mild hand cream that is manufactured in France.
During the winter months my skin is very dry so I was really excited about trying out this hand cream for all of you. The first thing that I noticed about the hand cream is that it has a nice consistency to it…definitely a hand cream and NOT a lotion. I also love that it’s unscented as I don’t care for scented hand creams. I applied the hand cream to my hands using about a dime sized amount for each hand and gently rubbed it in. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly it absorbed into my skin. Furthermore, my hands were not greasy, oily or sticky after applying this wonderful hand cream. I started out by using it 3-4 times a day but after just a few days I cut that back to twice a day because it was doing such a fantastic job at moisturizing my skin! After just 10 days my hands felt silky smooth and were no longer dry or cracked! Wow!
Seriously ladies…I am really impressed with this hand cream and I highly recommend that you all check it out! The hand cream costs $16.00 and I feel it is worth every dime as it is super effective at clearing up your dry skin and keeping your hands well moisturized. If you work in the food industry or medical field you all know how dry our hands can get from all of that hand washing so if you work in those fields…this hand cream is a MUST for you!
