The Mailbox Monday Meme is about celebrating all of those fun things we get in our mailbox every month! These items can be giveaways/contest prizes that you won, freebie samples you snagged from the internet, gifts you received from loved ones, etc. What doesn’t it include? Yucky bills and nasty spam mail. Nope, NONE!
Last month we were really busy but my husband did find a little bit of time to enter a few giveaways. While cruising around FB he entered a giveaway and won two 3-packs of Cooling Towels (Ice Towels) which are really cool. If you have never tried these cooling towels before, you really should! You wet them with cool tap water, wring them out and snap them a few times. You then can wear them around your neck, shoulders, head, place them on your arms or legs, whatever and they help to cool you down or to keep you cool. Hubby has been using when when out doing the yard work and I used one last week when we went to the zoo. It was HOT & HUMID outside and they really worked great to help keep me cool. Fabulous product and now I have 6 of them to use!!! Oh I almost forgot, he won a $25 Starbucks gift card too! Yay!!! So in total, I think we now own 6 sets of ice towels aka cooling towels and use them all of the time. Highly recommend that people get a set and keep a set on-hand.

I love those cooling towels. My husband gets so hot when he is working in the yard. I think I need to get some for my son too.
I did finally get the black socks I won from you this week. It’s been a very slow month.
