I love this time of the year. The weather is cooler and it’s more enjoyable to spend time outside. I’ve been keeping myself busy working in the garden and preserving a lot of the veggies and fruits we harvested this year. We have about 3-4 weeks left in our growing season, depending on the weather. I do a lot of canning, so I’m often cooking and canning 8-10 hours a day during this time of the year. I really enjoy it. What have you been doing to keep busy lately?
