Do you get nervous or have anxiety when you hear sirens from fire trucks, ambulances and police cars? What about emergency flashing lights? I get a lot of anxiety when I see and/or hear them. I think it comes from one too many rides in an ambulance when I was younger suffering with a lot of health problems. There’s something about the sirens and flashing lights that gets my anxiety all cooked up to a level 10. I just hate it. How do you feel about them? Bother you at all?
