2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
3-4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Stir together the light brown sugar, Dijon mustard and soy sauce in a bowl or marinating container until well combined. Place the chicken wings into the sauce…flipping them to make sure all sides get covered. Place lid on container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours. Remove from the refrigerator and let sit for 15 minutes to allow the temperature to come up.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on top. Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until done. Use a digital meat thermometer to check the temperature. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
