During the busy weeknights I’m all about quick and easy dinners. I look for recipes that use a few basic ingredients and from start to finish…on our dinner table in less than one hour. On top of all of that…it has to be lower in calories and taste delicious! One of my go-to recipes is this easy-to-make breaded buttermilk ranch chicken breasts. Prep time is less than 5 minutes. Cooking time is less than 1 hour. You can pan fry on the stove-top, bake in the oven or toss them onto a hot grill.

Easy Breaded Buttermilk Ranch Chicken Breasts Recipe
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Bottle Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Seasoned Italian Dry Bread Crumbs
Spoon some of the Buttermilk Ranch Dressing onto both sides of the chicken breasts. Dip each chicken breast into the seasoned Italian Bread Crumbs, coating both sides.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the prepared chicken breasts into a glass baking dish. Bake in a 375 degrees F. oven for 30-40 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken. You always want to make sure meat and poultry is done…so check the center before removing with a digital metal thermometer. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
To keep dinnertime easy…I like to serve baked potatoes and some type of corn or lima beans along with it.
