Breaded Italian-Style Chicken Breasts Recipe

February 12, 2026 by Classystaff Leave a Comment

These breaded Italian-Style Chicken Breasts make a quick weeknight dinner when you need to get a meal onto the table fast. From start to finish…about 45-50 minutes which means dinner in less than 1 hour. You only need 3 ingredients to make this recipe which will yield 4 servings. You can easily double-up the ingredients for a larger sized family or to have leftovers the following day.

Breaded Italian-Style Chicken Breasts Recipe

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Italian-Style Salad Dressing
1 1/2 to 2 cups Italian Seasoned Dry Bread Crumbs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Pour the Italian-Style Salad Dressing into a bowl. Place the chicken breasts into the bowl…use a spoon to make sure that all sides of the chicken get coated with the dressing. If you want them to be “more” flavorful…let them sit in the salad dressing for 10-15 minutes. If you pressed for time…just dip them.

Pour the bread crumbs onto a plate. Dredge the chicken breasts through the Italian Seasoned Dry Bread Crumbs coating both sides.

Place them in a glass baking dish side by side. You don’t want to plop them on top of one another. A single layer works best. Place the baking dish into a 375 degrees F. preheated oven. Bake for 35-45 minutes. The baking time will vary with the thickeness of the chicken. Use a digital meat thermometer to make sure they’re properly cooked. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
