We enjoy making steaks at least once every 2 weeks. We will often toss them onto our barbecue grill when the weather is nice. During the cold winter months we will pan-fry them on the stove-top or toss them into the oven. When it comes to seasoning them…we make our own dry rub steak seasoning and keep that on hand. That’s right, you can make your own which allows you to adjust the ingredients to suit your own taste buds.

1 1/2 tbsp. Selefina dried oregano
1 tsp. Selefina Italian Seasoning Classic Blend
1 1/2 tbsp. Selefina ground black or white pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Selefina ground cumin
Mix all of the above ingredients together in a small bowl until combined. Store in an airtight container or zipper closure bag until ready-to-use.
