Iced tea is one of the preferred beverages in our home. We primarily drink sweet tea but also enjoy some of the fruit flavored iced teas too. With that said, We’ve tried many brew-at-home brands over the years and never found one that we liked. Well, until now. Let me introduce you to the Peach Oolong Iced Tea by Adagio Teas. If you love gourmet fruit flavored teas…you’re going to love this one!

For this review we received a packet of Peach Serenity Iced Tea from Adagio Teas. This is an herbal tea which contains apple pieces, rose hips, natural peach flavor, pineapple pieces, chamomile flowers, lemon verbena and peach pieces. Their herbal blends are made with herbs, fruits, and spices and are devoid of caffeine for they contain no tea leaves.
Each packet contains 6 ready-to-use tea bags with each tea bag making 1 quart of peach iced tea.
This tea has a bright punch of peach with a soft floral finish of chamomile. Add a touch of your favorite sweetener and you have the perfect afternoon indulgence to satisfy your peach iced tea cravings. All of of Adagio Teas are fresh teas direct from origin. Their fresh herbal teas come direct from farmers in South Africa, Egypt and Guatemala.
I measured out 1 quart of water and tossed the Peach Serenity Iced Tea Bag into the pan. Brought the water up to temperature and left it simmer over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. I turned off the heat. I removed the tea bag. Everyone has different taste buds when it comes to sweeteners…I added granulated sugar to it while it was still hot, so that the sugar would dissolve. I then transferred it into a beverage pitcher and refrigerated overnight.
Making your own gourmet peach flavored iced tea at home is so easy thanks to Adagio Teas. This iced tea tastes just as good, if not better than those fancy teas you get in an expensive tea shop. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious this iced tea tasted. Matter of fact, my entire family loved it. They had the entire quart gone in 24 hours. Since brewing that first quart, I’ve brewed 3 more quarts of fresh peach iced tea. It’s delicious…year-round!
I can honestly tell you that I won’t be buying the “ready-made” junk at the grocery store anymore nor the expensive teas from the local tea shop. This Peach Serenity Iced Tea tasted fresh, had a nice flavor and a smooth balance to it. There was zero after-taste! Each package of Adagio Teas has a freshness date stamped on it. This particular package is stamped fresh through 06/2029. That tells you that this tea hasn’t been sitting on a shelf somewhere for the past few years!
