Two years ago my wife and I decided to invest in a portable, inflatable hot tub. We are in our 50’s and 60’s and suffer with daily bone, joint and muscle pain. Ahhh, the privledges of growing older are not fun! A physical therapist recommended that we get one or join an indoor community center that offered one. We opted to just buy one after doing some online research about them.

Here’s why we love our inflatable hot tub:
1. No installion of new plumbing, electrical wiring, etc.
2. Easy to set-up and to inflate.
3. Portable. We can move it around from our summer house to our winter house.
4. Easy to maintain and we can do that ourselves.
5. Affordable.
We’ve had our inflatable hot tub for a little over 2 years and use it several times a week. It really helps to relieve all of those aches and pains that we get as we age. On top of helping our physical needs…it is a great way to relax and reduce stress in your life. I always feel calmed and relaxed after spending 30 minutes in the hot tub. As an added bonus…it’s outside, so we’re getting fresh air while we’re out there enjoying the tub!
We tend to use our inflatable hot tub more during the colder months compared to the warmer months of the year. We have a heated above-ground swimming pool, so we spend a lot of time in that during the summertime. Spring, Fall and Winter we spend a lot more of our free time relaxing in the spa tub. It’s fantastic!
If you’ve ever thought about getting one…I highly recommend it. You’ll want to research out the different brands that are available out in the retail market. We went with a moderately-priced inflatable hot tub that had all of the features that we were looking for. When purchasing…you’ll want to pick up an accessory kit too. It needs to include the start-up chemicals, a little net for getting out debris, etc. This way you’ll be ready to go on day one!
