I do a lot of cooking in our home and use a wide variety of different pots and pans to get the job done. Matter of fact, I have an entire cabinet full and that doesn’t include all of the pots & pans hanging on my pot rack. If you asked me if I was loyal to one specific brand….I would tell you no. I like the pans from one brand to do a specific job in my kitchen whereas I like a different brand’s pot for another.

With all of that said…there’s one pot in my collection that I use almost every day. It’s the Imusa Caldero Non-Stick Stock Pot. I use it a lot when making soups, stews and stir-fry dishes. I also use it when I’m cooking for a crowd or when I’m doing home canning. I love the shape and size…it’s a bigger pot but fits completely on one burner without over-lapping onto another. It’s well-balanced, weighty but not too heavy….it’s the perfect weight.

I can use it as a very large saucepan, a stock pot, a wok, a frying pan, kettle or whatever. It’s versatile and a pan that I grab often. The non-stick surface makes cooking and clean-up a breeze. The riveted handles on the side are stable and secure. I absolutely LOVE the glass top lid which allows me to see the contents inside. It provides even heat distribution and is oven-safe (without the lid). There’s a little steam vent in the glass lid to help the steam escape without over-boiling.
If you’re looking for an affordable pan that can do many different tasks in your kitchen…I highly recommend the Imusa 6.9 qt. Caldero Non-Stick Stock Pot. It’s my go-to in my own kitchen and it’s one of the best pans to buy when gifting to a new bride as a bridal shower gift or as a Christmas holiday gift.
