Chocolate S’mores Brownies Recipe

Box of Chocolate Brownie Mix
Water, Oil and Eggs (called for on the package)
3/4 to 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
7-10 Graham Crackers (depending on size)
Non-Stick Baking Spray

Spray an 8″ by 8″ baking dish with non-stick baking spray. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium sized mixing bowl mix together the brownie mix with the called-for ingredients on the package. It’s usually water, vegetable oil and eggs. Mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 16-22 minutes (or according to the package directions.

While they’re baking…place the graham cracker squares into a blender or manual food processor to make graham cracker crumbs.

Once the brownies are almost done baking remove from the oven. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top and the miniature marshmallows. Place the baking dish back into the oven to bake for an additional 3-5 minutes. Remove and let cool.

After cooling you can cut them into squares. Store in an airtight container.
