Thrifted a Beautiful Coastal Beach Design Dinnerware Set

August 27, 2025 by Classystaff

Last weekend I went to one of my favorite thrift stores in our area. This particular store is quite large and carries all kinds of things! This isn’t a rinky-dink junk-style thrift store. On the contrary, it’s a very nice one. They keep everything well organized, clean and affordably priced. Every time I go there, I come home with a box full of items!

On this particular trip…I got several items for our home. I decorate in a coastal beach style and was looking for a few new home decor accents. I’m decorating our home on a budget plus shopping for items for our new little bungalow down at the beach. I want nice things but they’ve got to be affordable. Besides, thrift store shopping is saving many items from the local landfill. We all should be doing more to upcycle gently used items.

One of the things I wanted to brag about is this beautiful Coastal Beach themed set of dessert bowls and plates. I got 4 of the bowls and 4 of the plates. There’s no chips, no cracking, no crazing and no color-fading. They look like they weren’t even used!!! They’re made out of some type of ceramic. There are 4 different seashells printed on them. I love the entire color scheme which works perfectly in my coastal cottage styled kitchen. I try to keep extra dinnerware on-hand at our home for when we’re entertaining.

Bargain price? You bet!!! The 4-p[ece set was priced at $5.99 which I think is a fantastic price. They’re a really nice quality. Very pleased with this particular purchase. Next week…I’ll show you want else I got on that particular thrifting shopping trip!
