Life can be extremely busy and at times stressful. When we have a day that has non-stop action or stress associated with it…we get outside during the evening to take a walk. A walk can help you reduce stress, provide relaxaction and give you some physical activity. It’s one of the healthiest activities you can do. You would be amazed at the health benefits you get from a 20 minute walk every day.
One of our favorite places to walk is up on the North Wildwood Seawall. We like to go up in the evening about an hour before the sun will be setting. After a long day…it’s the perfect way to end our day. We will sometimes go up in the morning right when the sun is rising above the Atlantic Ocean too!
Both of the photographs in this post were taken in the evening…about an hour or so before sunset. The temperatures were cooler, the majority of tourists were already off of the beach and well…it was just very relaxing. We will often see the dolphins swimming during the early evening hours too!
Walking…it’s one thing that the majority of us need to do more!!!
