Ranch Flavored Cucumber Salad Recipe
Freshly Sliced Cucumbers
Bottle of Ranch Dressing
Sour Cream
Granulated Sugar
Salt and Ground Black Pepper
Celery Seed
For this recipe you will mix up the creamy dressing according to your own taste buds and you’ll want to make enough to cover all of the cucumber slices. Some people prefer a strong Ranch taste while others don’t. When I make her recipe I use a little bit more granulated sugar than she does. Once you have the dressing the way you like it…mix in the cucumber slices. Cover and refrigerate.
Note: You can leave the skins on the cucumber or peel them. That’s entirely up to you. My family likes the cucumber peeled…whereas her family enjoys the peels left on.
