We travel down to North Wildwood in New Jersey several times every year. It’s our home away from home. We’re hoping to move down on a part-time basis once I retire next year. Wildwood is a barrier island along the southern coast of New Jersey. North Wildwood is the prettiest part of the island, at least in my honest opinion.
My wife and I enjoy looking at old buildings, outdoor street art and historical sites when we travel. While there last month we walked around the historic North Wildwood City Hall building. It’s the “hub” of all official business related to the city of North Wildwood.
The grounds around the building are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. In front of the City Hall building is where you’ll find the City Hall historical marker and official town clock. If you’re into waymarking, that’s where you’ll find them. You can find parking in front and along the side streets if you want to get out and photograph or walk the grounds.
