Three months ago I replaced all of my cookie sheets with the MasterClass Premium Non-Stick Cookie Sheets that I purchased from Amazon. You can find MasterClass bakeware products in various retail stores across America and on Amazon. (The prices on Amazon are really great!).
The MasterClass Premium Cookie Sheets are made out of heavy gauge steel with a non-stick interior coating. They’re refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and oven safe up to 425 degrees F. You can buy them in various different sizes and with different finishes. I like using the 17″ but also use a 15″ from time to time when I’m baking smaller batches.
I primarily use these cookie sheets for baking…cookies! I rarely need to grease the sheet with anything and I mean…rarely! They do a great job with even heat distribution too! I really like how well my cookies turn out…from thing ones to thicker ones…they all turn out perfectly. I like to make a few different varieties of “baked sandwiches” and use them for that too. Again, great results!
Clean-up is a snap. I’ve tossed them into the dishwasher and they come out just fine. Hand washing is great too…whichever way that you prefer to clean them.
