We had friends from Iowa come to visit us in Pennsylvania. They stayed for a few days and we enjoyed one another’s company. We took them down to Gettysburg to visit the battlefield, the cemetery, tour the museum and other Gettysburg attractions.
My wife’s friend is a professional quilter. She quilts for a living and gives quilting lessons. She made me this beautiful Washington Commanders bed quilt. That’s my favorite NFL team. It has been my favorite team since I was a teenager, so I’ve been cheering them on for almost 40 years.
Today I wanted so show off my new bed quilt that she made for me. It’s it fabulous? It’s reversible too! I can display either side on the bed. It’s one of my new favorite things because it’s unqiue, one-of-a-kind and specifically made for me. Gotta love that!
