Homemade Creamy Strawberry Popsicles Recipe

June 5, 2025 by Classystaff

We love homemade ice cream and popsicles. We rarely buy those two items at the grocery store. We prefer homemade where we can control the ingredients that go into them. The flavors that we make depend on the season. We grow our own raspberries, blueberries, grapes and strawberries. During this time of the year…our strawberries are in-season!!!

These homemade strawberry popsicles are creamy and delicious. Super easy-to-make! You’ll need a blender and popsicle molds to make them. I purchased my popsicle molds from Amazon for a great price. Instead of using granulated sugar, we use honey to sweeten them.

Creamy Strawberry Popsicles Recipe

1 pint basket of strawberries
1 can coconut milk
4 -5 Tbsp. honey

Wash strawberries. Remove stems using a strawberry huller. Place the berries into a blender container. Pour in the can of coconut milk. Add in the honey. By adding in 4-5 tbsp. honey you’re making a moderately-sweet popsicle. You can add more or use less honey depending on your taste buds. Place the lid on the blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into the popsicle molds. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until they’re firm. Enjoy!

Variations: Don’t have strawberries available? You can use this same recipe using blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or mulberries too! If you don’t like coconut milk…you can use almond milk or whole milk…whatever you prefer.
