Hidden Oceans Coloring Book by Rita Berman
Coloring and painting are my two preferred ways to wind down after a long day. I find both activities to be relaxing and a great outlet for my personal creativity. Adult coloring books hit the scene several years ago and I’ve been hooked on them ever since. You can use colored pencils, chalks, gel ink pens, crayons, markers, etc. to make the artwork uniquely yours!

Last week I received the Hidden Oceans Coloring Book by Rita Berman. It’s part of the Walter Foster line offered by Quarto. The coloring books offered by Walter Foster and Quarto are some of the best out in the retail marketplace. The designs are beautiful and the paper that the designs are printed on…high quality!
This coloring book features two-page spreads that let you immerse yourself into a mesmerizing coloring experience. The designs are perfect for relaxation and artistic expression. This book provides a peaceful escape from the everyday world. You color while at home, during your breaks at work and/or while traveling. We’re getting ready to take a road trip and this book along with a pack of gel ink pens are going along with me.
Inside the coloring book you’ll find designs that feature seahorses, starfish, tropical fish, seals, whales, sea turtles, jellyfish, penguins, beautiful seashells, ships, anchors, treasure chests, shrimps, lobsters, crabs, a submarine and all sorts of things related to the ocean. The designs are beautifully illustrated.
Now…you can leave all of your finished colored-in pages in the book or you can remove them and use in other paper crafting projects. You can use them to make handmade greeting cards, paper collages, in your scrapbooking layouts, pin-up on your “dream” memory boards, etc. Heck, you can even laminate the colored design and turn them into adorable refrigerator magnets. Get creative!!!
You can purchase the Hidden Oceans Coloring Book from Amazon for a great price. While picking up one for yourself…purchase a second one to give as a gift. Oh…when gifting, don’t forget to pick up a pack of colored pencils or gel ink pens too! Check out Walter Foster and Quarto for additional coloring books that are currently available. You can connect with Quarto over on Facebook.
