Every year I purchase at least 2 dozen USB Charging Power Cables for the electronics in our home. Charging cords for our cellphones, tablets, cameras, laptops, gaming devices and all sorts of things that require them. I’m NOT purchasing them because we’re losing them. I’m purchasing them because they break and fail within a few weeks of using them!

This failure is happening over and over. It’s happening with a variety of different brands. I’ve tried at least 7 different manufacturers and it’s still happening! This is becoming a money-racket constantly purchasing USB Charging Power Cables for the devices in our home. Seriously, a money-racket!!! Why in the heck are they failing and breaking so often? Shouldn’t they last for more than a few weeks? What is going on with this??? Someone needs to look into it because I’m not the ONLY victim of this scam. Yes, I’m calling it a scam.
The latest round…I purchased 4 charging power cords 3 1/2 months ago. Out of those 4 only 1 is still working. They just quit connecting and charging up our devices or they start charging up our devices on a very slow-mode type of function. This is getting ridiculous and it’s making me mad that I have to keep ordering and buying them! Something is going on with that industry and I believe manufacturers are ripping us off. Notice…none of them come with any type of warranty? I wonder why?
We need some tech professionals or someone in the USA government to look into this problem and to investigate because consumers all across America are being ripped off and scammed by this. I expect those things to last more than 3-4 months at a time. I’ve been talking to friends, family and co-workers and the majority of them have experienced the same thing. Always buying new USB Charging Cables!!!
Oh and by the way…it happens for both type’s of devices…Apple and Android, so it’s not one or the other, it’s happening to both!!! Does anyone have any thoughts on this issue? I’m tired of it!!!
