I was reading an article a few days ago where they were giving you haircare tips. They mentioned in this article that we shouldn’t be washing our hair on a daily basis. Washing it daily strips your hair of its natural oils and can cause thinning of your hair among other things. I knew about the use of heat styling tools damaging your hair but I had never thought that washing my hair daily could harm it too. I’m going to start washing it 3-4 times a week instead of daily and see if I notice any improvements. I have long, thick and naturally curly hair. No issues other than dryness…but I don’t need any issues down the road. How often do you wash your hair in a week?
