Sunbeam Premium Large Heating Pad Eases Aches and Pains

How many of you use a heating pad to help alleviate body aches and pains? I do! I’m in my 60’s and this old body seems to have a lot of aches and pains these days. I often use one to help alleviate a back ache or knee pain. When it comes to using a heating pad I like the larger size (I’m a bigger guy) and one with an auto-shut off feature for safety. The Sunbeam Premium Large Heating Pad is a favorite in our household. I have a beige colored one and my wife uses a blue one. It’s “body size” so you can use it across your back, wrapped around your tummy, leg or shoulder. The fabrication it’s made out of is soft against the skin. Nothing that is itchy or scratchy. It measures 12″ by 24″ in size.

There are 4 settings: warm, low, medium and high along with the off switch. It takes less than a minute to heat up. You can easily keep it clean by machine washing it. Yes, you read that correctly, machine washable. You simply remove the electrical cord before washing. I wash it on the gentle cycle and then hang it up to air dry. It’s important to keep them clean and germ-free. For safety, it has an automatic 2 hour shutoff.

We do a lot of traveling and this heating pad is great to take along with you. It has 2 elastic straps at the one end. You simply roll it up and use those two elastic straps to secure it. It’s very light-weight, so it won’t add weight or bulk inside your luggage or travel bag.
