Classic Breaded Haddock Fish Fillets Recipe
We enjoy eating fish twice a week in our home. With that said, we’re big fans of white fish…like Haddock. This recipe is easy-to-make and great for those weeknights when you need to put dinner onto the table quickly. You can use fresh or frozen Haddock fillets. If you’re using frozen…thaw in the refrigerator overnight. They can be made on the stove-top or baked in the oven.

Classic Breaded Haddock Fish Fillets Recipe
2-3 large Haddock Fish Fillets
Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 Large Egg, lightly whisked
Olive Oil
I like to make this recipe on the stove-top. It’s quicker. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the frying pan over medium heat.
Rinse the fillets under cold running water. Dip each piece into the whisked egg to cover both sides. Pour the Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs onto a plate. Place the fillets into the bread crumbs, coating both sides. Place them into the prepared hot frying pan.
Simmer on medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. The coating will get a golden brown in color. The fish is done when it easily flakes apart using a fork. Remove from the frying pan and place on a paper towel lined plate. Let rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
