Far beyond Sangria, wine is a versatile base for a variety of other specialty cocktails delivering unique and complex flavor profiles. Although this would be perfect served during the Easter holiday, it could certainly be served year round.

Carrot Top Cocktail Recipe

1 oz. Orange wine 
1 oz. Aperol 
1 oz.  Lilet blanc

Pour all ingredients over a big cube in a short beverage glass. Top with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
