During the month of March I like to start kicking off my home canning season. I like to get my soups, stews, sauces and some of my desserts canned during the months of March and April before the big gardening season begins. With that said, I do can a few things during the winter months…but really do a lot from March through October. Gotta keep the pantry and cantry filled with delicious things for my family to eat.
