I headed to my local Weis Markets to pick up 3 packages of Antonina’s Gluten-Free Bakery items to try out for all of you. I picked up a pack of Double Chocolate Brownies, Blueberry Muffins and Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Buttercream frosting. I found the products in the bakery section of Weis Markets. Look in a big refrigerator/freezer. They had several other varieties that I would love to try in the future.

Our family has 2 members that need to eat gluten-free. The rest of us…no dietary restrictions. In the past when I’ve purchased gluten-free items it meant that the item would have a bland taste and cardboard texture. In all honesty, we really haven’t found any pre-made gluten-free baked goods that we liked until now!!!

Antonina’s Gluten-Free Bakery really surprised us! Over the course of 5 days my family enjoyed the Double Chocolate Brownies, Blueberry Muffins and the Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting. You would NEVER and I mean NEVER guess that these yummy baked goods were gluten-free!  I’ve eaten some high-end straight from a bakery or at a restaurant baked goods before and let me tell you…the Antonina’s Gluten-Free Bakery can give them all a run for their money! Seriously, they’re that good!

My 9 year old grandson can only have gluten-free and let me tell you…he was totally smitten with these new goodies! His absolute favorite out of the three were the chocolate cupcakes with the chocolate brownies being in a close second place. My almost 16 year old granddaughter loved the chocolate brownies. My husband and 77 year old mother loved the blueberry muffins. Myself…well, I loved all three of them! Honestely, I couldn’t pick a favorite!
