Strawberry, Blueberry and Raspberry Fruit Smoothie Recipe

December 30, 2024 by Classystaff

Strawberry, Blueberry and Raspberry Fruit Smoothie RecipeI love berries…all kinds of different berries! Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, mulberries, raspberries, cranberries, etc. You name it, I love it. For this recipe I used a combination of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries because that’s what I had on hand. You can use any combination of berries that you would like. My husband prefers his made with strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. My 15 year old granddaughter likes a 1/2 banana tossed into hers. This recipe is versatile!

If you want to bump up the nutritional content substitute Manuka Honey for the regular honey called for in the recipe. If you don’t have any honey, you can certainly substitute with 1-2 teaspoons of granulated sugar as the sweetener. This mixed berries smoothie is easy-to-make and tastes delicious!

Strawberry, Blueberry and Raspberry Fruit Smoothie Recipe

1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen red raspberries
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
2 ice cubes

Place all of the ingredients into a blender container. Blend until it’s the desired consistency that you prefer. Serve immediately.

If you like a creamier fruit smoothie with more liquid…increase the milk. I like to chill my glasses in the freezer for 30 minutes before preparing the recipe.
