Does your family host regular movie nights? Game nights? or some other type of activity for family bonding time? We host a few every month even while leading very busy lives. I feel it’s important that families regular do things together if it its something like watching a 2 hour movie together. I think sitting down several times a week and eating dinner together is important too. Cellphones and tablets put away. Families need to be doing more of these activities!!! Just my 2 cents.
