How to Enjoy:
Hot – You’ll heat milk up in a saucepan (or water) along with the hot cocoa mix and simmer for 2 minutes while whisking.
Cold – For a frozen hot chocolate, in a blender combine milk, ice cubes and the cocoa mix. Blend to desired consistency.
Ingredients: Ecuadorian cocoa powder, powdered milk, powdered sugar, cornstarch and salt.
My family loves hot chocolate and drink it year-round. Three seasons of the year we typically enjoy it hot…but during the summer season we love frozen hot cocoa! When we make hot cocoa we use milk…but you can certainly use water. I think milk gives it that extra smooth consistency without it being watered down. Just my 2 cents on that.
