My wife and I enjoy playing miniature golf. Matter of fact, when we were dating 30+ years ago we used to go a lot, we still do! It’s a great outdoor activity that gets us up and moving. Every time we travel we like to seek out new places to play. We’re particularly fond of 18-hole courses that have a lot of water features and is easy to get around on. Let’s face it, we’re getting old!
Last month we were down in Wildwood Crest in New Jersey and played at the Harbor Light Mini Golf Course on Pacific Avenue. It’s at the southern portion of the island and way off of the boardwalk. It’s always nice to explore other attractions that aren’t up on the boardwalk!!! Just saying!
It’s an 18-hole course with several beautiful water features. They keep this course well-groomed and immaculately clean. It’s modern and one of the nicest places to play in south Jersey. At least in my honest opinion. The course is fairly easy, so great for families. On average a par 3 or par 4. If you want to avoid the crowds…go during the off-peak hours. There’s plenty of free parking on-site. No metered parking to deal with.
After your done playing a round of miniature golf you can check out their on-site ice cream parlor. There’s no indoor seating, but you can certainly eat your ice cream outside. It’s a beautiful course to play, a lot of fun and their prices are affordable. Next time you’re in the Wildwood area…check out Harbor Light Miniature Golf.
