For this review my family received 4 complimentary bags of gluten-free cookies from Mightylicious. We taste-tested the Brown Butter Short Bread, the Salted Peanut Butter, the Brown Butter Chocolate Chip and the Oatmeal Coconut. One thing that I want to say right off the batt is that we’ve tried MANY gluten-free cookies over the years. Some were “just okay” while others were absolutely terrible in their taste and texture. Well…Mightylicious is totally different and they will CHANGE YOUR MIND about gluten free cookies!
The first thing to surprise us were the taste of the cookies. They didn’t taste like bland cardboard. They were flavorful and you knew what flavor you were eating. Next, they weren’t brick hard! They were soft, chewy and were easy to eat. Perfect for anyone who may have chewing or jaw problems. I like the size of the cookies…not too small nor too large in size. I personally find that eating 1-2 cookies totally satisfied my craving for a snack. I didn’t need to over-indulge. On average, one cookie is only 80 calories…if you’re watching your weight.
