The hydrating and nourishing lip oils are available in 6 sheer shades: Sheer Hot Pin, Sheer Berry, Unbutton, Sheer Pink, Sheer Red and Love Letter. I have been using the Sheer Berry which I feels gives you a very natural and youthful-looking pout! Okay, I admit…all of the shades give you a fabulous “wet and shiny” look!
When you first see the lip oils in the container they look darker in color than what they will appear on your lips. Trust me, it’s a light and sheer color once applied. The applicator is a spongey doe-foot and is very easy-to-use. I appreciate that, as I don’t like scratchy brushes or wands going across my lips. You can apply it as often as you would like!
There’s no stickiness or greasy feeling once applied. It feels great on your lips and I swear…those dry patches and fine lip lines look immediately better! In my honest opinion, these are 100% better to use as compared to a waxy lip balm when it comes to hydration. You get instant hydration, shine and a little bit of sheer color with every application. No tingling or yucky flavors either!
As I originally stated at the top of my review…this lip oil has quickly become a must-have in my beauty bag. I’m 56 years old and my lips were dry…really dry…but not anymore! Out at dinner a few nights ago my hubby leaned over and kissed me. He said my lips looked nice 🙂 Okay, I’ll take that!!!
