During the summertime I’m always impressed with the colorful sunsets that light-up the sky. During this time of the year the colors are bright, vivid and magical. You’ll see shades of red, orange, coral, yellow and pruple. At times the colors appear to be almost NEON or glowing in nature. Truly a treat to see on a gorgeous summer evening.
We live in the suburbs and while we get pretty sunsets here…we like to jump into the car to take a 20 minute drive out of the city. We live in the Susquehanna Valley, so there’s mountains all around us. Once you’re out of the city and away from the city lights…you’ll get a better view.

How often do you take the time to enjoy a beautiful sunset in your area? I know life can get busy…but it’s the little natural things like this…that can make us happy! Plus, it’s a great way to reduce stress and get outside for some fresh air.
