You’ll need 1 package of the Mightylicious Vegan Chocolate Mix and then you’ll add the following ingredients to it:
Vegan Yogurt or Egg
Hot Water
Vegan Butter or Vegan Oil
Vanilla Extract
(optional) Chocolate Chips or Nuts
Follow the instructions on the package. I tossed in a 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and a 1/4 cup of peanut butter chips. You could toss in some mini marshmallows too! Feel free to add whatever your family enjoys or make them just according to the directions. Your choice.
Once you have them prepared you’ll bake them in the oven for 25-30 minutes. I baked them for 23 minutes because my family likes “fudge-like” gooey brownies (not cake like) so you’ll want to remove them around 23-25 if you like the same. If you like “cake-like” brownies bake them for the full time that is recommended.
So, how did my family like them? They loved them! In 2 days they had the entire pan of chocolate brownies devoured & gone! Kids requested that I make them again soon as in…sooner than later 🙂 One of the really nice things about this brownie mix is that it mixes up quickly and easily. You can mix it up by hand or use your hand mixer. I mixed it up by hand. There were no clumps or bumps. It mixed up thoroughly which I really appreciate.
