If you had to pick just one veggie to eat the rest of your life…which one would it be? If you had to pick just one fruit to eat for the rest of your life which one would it be?
For the vegetable…I would pick the potato. I can make them mashed, baked, fried, french fries, etc. For the fruit I think I would pick the peach. I love juicy peaches, especially during this time of the year. I’m a big fresh veggie and fresh fruit eater. How about you?
