Grilled BBQ Pizza RecipeAs the weather warms up and patio season beckons, Gentleman’s Hardware invites pizza lovers to take their outdoor gatherings to the next level with their Pizza Cutter Set paired with a mouthwatering BBQ pizza recipe by acclaimed pitmaster Carey Bringle of Peg Leg Porker.

The recipe combines the bold flavors of barbecue with the comfort of a classic pizza. This dish, featuring succulent pulled pork, tangy BBQ sauce, and zesty jalapeños, promises to be a crowd-pleaser for any pizza night.

Grilled BBQ Pizza Recipe:

Prep Time: 10 minutes – Yields 8 servings

– 1 cup BBQ sauce (available for order)
– 1 premade pizza crust
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella
– 1/2 lb pulled pork (available for order)
– 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños

1. Preheat your grill or smoker to 375 degrees.
2. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of the BBQ sauce.
4. Add pulled pork and sliced jalapeños to taste.
5. Cook on a pizza stone over direct heat or on the grate over indirect heat for 10-20 minutes, checking periodically for doneness.
6. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce before serving if desired.

“This BBQ Pizza recipe is a game-changer for pizza aficionados looking to add a twist to their pizza nights,” says Bringle. “With the bold flavors of Peg Leg Porker, this recipe promises to elevate any outdoor gathering.”
