Criss-Cross Applesauce is the game of clapping, jumping and playing for kids ages 3 years and up, for 2-4 players. This preschool game helps kids with their imagination, social skills and coordination. It’s considered to be a school readiness game that is interactive and fun to play.

48 sturdy activity cards
talking stick
instructions

Everything comes nicely packaged in a compact storage box. A nice little game to take with you while traveling, to daycare, preschool or over to grandma’s house.

Sit down, hold the talking stick and draw a card. Next, act out one of the 48 activities like tracing letters, roaring like a lion or doing jumping jacks. Take turns handing the Talking Stick to the next player, drawing new cards and using your memory to act out all of the activities.

I sat down with my 7 year old son who has ADHD and my 4 year old nephew last weekend to play Criss-Cross Applesauce. One of the things I like about this game is that my 8 year old son enjoyed playing it just as much as my 4 year old nephew. Great game for households with multi-aged children. The game is played quickly…so you’re not sitting there for hours at a time. It has an easy concept that kids grasp onto quickly. It’s not a complicated or fussy game to play. My family enjoys playing it, so we’re giving it 8 stars out of 10 stars on our rating scale.
