This Dilly Lemon Munch Popcorn recipe is really different. I don’t think I’ve had anything like it. It combines the flavors of dill and lemon together with the crunch of the popcorn. Very easy to make. I think if you’re more of a lime or orange flavor person…substitute the shredded lemon peel with your favorite citrus fruit. Dilly Lemon Munch Popcorn Recipe
2 quarts popcorn popped
2 tablespoons shredded lemon peel
1 teaspoon dill weed
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon low-sodium salt
Directions: Toss popcorn with lemon peel and dill weed. Flavor enhances as popcorn stands. Store the snack mix in an airtight container or zipper closure bag to keep it fresh.
