How often do you purge your clothing closets? Do you do it yearly, every couple of years or only when you increase or decrease in size? When you do your purge do you take everything out and go through things or are you more selective?
I purge our clothing once a year in the spring. I take everything out of the closets. Anything that hasn’t been worn in a year, doesn’t fit or is ratty…goes! The clothing still in decent condition get donated to charity. The ratty items get cut-up into cleaning rags or trashed. I do our closets first and then move onto the dressers and finish up with shoes.
