What kind of physical exercise do you enjoy doing? I enjoy going outside and walking with my family. We like to walk in parks, visit “light” and “easy” hiking trails, walk through the neighborhood and play outside backyard games like crocquet, volleyball, mini golf, etc. I’m not the type of person to spend time in a stuffy gym with smelly people that I don’t know.
