I’m always looking for beauty products that don’t break the bank. I want them to work well, be easily obtainable and of course be affordable. Well, I have a new favorite shampoo and conditioner that I’ve been using for the past few months and guess what? I’ve been purchasing them at the Dollar Tree! Yes, you read that right…the Dollar Tree!
Silkience Hair Care Pro Formula Shampoo and Conditioner are hair care products made in Canada and imported into the U.S.A. Yay, not from China! Second….each one comes packaged in large 32 oz. bottles so they last you a long time! Our local DT Store has been selling the brand for at least the past 6 months for $1.25 per bottle. That’s a lot of product for the price!
A friend told me about Silkience Hair Care products and how she liked using them to wash her hair. I had to give these bargain price products a try. Well, I agree! They’re great! Here’s some of the things I like about them.
* The shampoo isn’t overly soapy. It’s a nice consistency and rinses quickly out of your hair. I have thick, long hair and I only use a quarter-size amount every time I wash. It has a nice fragrance to it…a clean fragrance. Nothing overly floral or fruity. Just clean.
* The conditioner smells the same way. I apply a quarter-size amount into my wet hair and leave it in for 3-5 minutes before rinsing it out. It rinses out quickly leaving no oily residue behind. It does a great job at detangling my hair! I use it along with the shampoo.
Normally I don’t shop DT for personal care products but I’m so glad that listened to my friend and picked these up. A great price for products that work fantastic! The next time you head to DT….pick them up and give them a try.
