Have you ever noticed how your mood is affected by the weather? On cold and dreary days (or rainy days) I get moody and sometimes anxious. On days that it’s warm outside with plenty of sunshine I’m full of energy and excitement. I can plow through my day easily when the weather is nice outside! During the fall and winter season I hate that our days are shorter. I find that my mood and energy level does a lot better during the spring and summer when we have more daylight hours in the day.
