We do a lot of traveling and having a great weekend carry-on travel bag is a must-have essential. You need one that is light-weight, but yet large enough to carry everything you need for 3-4 days. My old weekender travel bag bit the dust right after the holidays. I immediately went on the hunt for the perfect carry-on travel bag. I spent 4 days browsing around until I finally decided to get the Women’s Weekend Carry-On Travel Duffle Bag that I’m featuring in my post today. This bag was better than I expected after it arrived!
It’s made out of a quilted fabrication which makes it light-weight but durable. You can use it 3 different ways: Via the 2 carrying handles, by the cross-body strap or via the trolley sleeve. The bottom of the duffle bag has a zipper compartment where you can store 2 pairs of shoes or other items (I use it for my shoes). On the front outside you’ll find 2 zipper closure compartments and on the “small end” of the duffle bag you’ll find 2 reach-in pockets where you can add a water bottle, phone, sunglasses, umbrella, etc. I like using those 2 reach-in pockets for my glasses and water bottle.
On the back side of the duffle bag you’ll find the trollet sleeve which also has a small zipper closure pocket. I like using that for my cellphone. I can easily get into the pocket and with the zipper closure it keeps it nice and secure. Inside the weekender bag you’ll find 4 inner pockets and a wet/dry pocket to help you keep things organized.
You can purchase the bag with or without the acessories. I opted to get the accessories so the overnight bag came with a matching packing cube and a matching cosmetic toiletry case. I love when I can put together a matching look. Classy and chic! My new travel bag holds everything that I need for a weekend or extended weekend getaway.
