Happy New Year 2024! Did you go out last evening or enjoy it at home? Got any plans for today?
We’ll be heading to my parent’s house later today to enjoy my mom’s pork & sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, buttered lima beans and other delicious treats. It’s a family tradition to always have pork and kraut on New Year’s Day.
After dinner we always enjoy some family game time. By that…I mean we play board games as a family. We all look forward to it! My Dad is awesome at board games and usually wins!

Happy New Year! I spent new year’s day with my family and we all enjoyed it. The grandchildren played board games with the rest of the family too!

Sounds like a tasty New Years Eve dinner. I went to a friend’s house who prepared a wonderful meal and a scrumptious dessert. We enjoyed watching the fireworks displays on TV.
