Chamomile Margarita Mocktail Recipe

2 oz chamomile tea
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz agave nectar
Coupe, up, edible flowers for garnish

1. Fill the serving glass with ice.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add chamomile tea, lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake for 10-15 seconds and pour into the serving glass.
3. Garnish with edible flowers.

Orange-spiced Old Fashioned Mocktail Recipe

Orange-spiced Old Fashioned Mocktail Recipe

2 oz Spiced Orange tea
0.25 oz Demerara syrup
2 dashes of Peychaud bitters
Double rocks glass, rocks, and grapefruit peel for garnish.

1. Add Spiced Orange tea, Demerara syrup, and Peychaud Bitters into a mixing glass and stir until combined.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
3. Express the oil of a grapefruit peel over the glass, then drop it in to garnish.
