Christmas is almost here! Time to wrap up those last-minute things! Are you ready? I’m ready all but the holiday meal. This year my 14 1/2 year old daughter who is taking culinary classes at Vo-Tech will be assisting me in the kitchen. I’m so proud of her and looking forward to her help.
Having a helper in the kitchen sure makes meal prep easier. It will be interesting to find out what kinds of techniques she learns at school.
I agree with this quote, but it is not always easy to forget a mistake. I think it is great that your daughter is helping you in the kitchen!
